Game: The N49TreasureHunt.com
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
1. Nature of the Activity
The N49TreasureHunt.com is an independent recreational challenge created for entertainment. It is a skilled-based game. This is not a game of chance. The winner has to use skills, logic and imagination to figure out the meaning of the clues and discover the hidden location of treasures. When submitting an answer the player has to clearly explain his or her reasoning. A lucky shot in the dark will not result in winning. It combines written puzzles, interpretation, deduction, and location-based activity.
The game is not an excavation project or a license to enter restricted areas. The prize is not buried. Participants are not required or permitted to dig, excavate, damage property, trespass, or disturb public, private, historical, or environmentally sensitive locations.
Participation is optional. By entering, each participant accepts responsibility for their own decisions, conduct, safety, and compliance with the law.
2. Eligibility and Legal Compliance
The game is intended for participants who are at least 18 years old. Anyone younger than 18 may participate only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Every participant must follow all applicable laws, regulations, posted notices, property restrictions, and safety instructions. No clue or game instruction authorizes a participant to violate the law, enter private property without permission, interfere with public facilities, or create a safety hazard.
3. Entry and Game Access
Purchase of the PDF booklet requires a separate, non-refundable payment of $7.95. The purchase applies only to the purchaser and order number. This file can not be shared, copied, re-sold or used for any other purpose, except for what it is intended in this game.
The PDF booklet will be emailed to the purchaser following the order.
Payments are final, and entry fees are not refundable except where the organizer specifically decides.
Purchase of the PDF file enables the purchaser to participate in the hunt and submit up to 5 (five) answers.
4. Edition Period and Submission Limit
An edition ends when the first of the following events occurs:
-
The prize is correctly claimed;
-
One year passes from the official launch date; or
-
The organizer ends or cancels the edition.
Each individual may submit no more than five (5) attempts for a particular purchase.
Participants must solve and interpret the clues themselves. The game does not promise that every participant will be able to identify the location or claim the prize.
5. Safety and Prohibited Conduct
While participating, individuals must act responsibly and must not:
-
Dig, excavate, or remove soil or other materials
-
Damage, alter, or interfere with property
-
Enter private property without authorization
-
Obstruct or disturb landmarks, public areas, or facilities
-
Harass, threaten, or inconvenience property owners or members of the public
-
Ignore signs, barriers, warnings, or legal restrictions
-
Harm natural, historical, cultural, or environmentally protected sites
-
Attempt to manipulate the order or validity of another participant’s submission
Breaking these rules may result in immediate removal from the game and loss of eligibility for the prize.
6. How to Submit a Prize Claim
A participant who believes they have solved the edition must submit their answer by mail to support@n49treasurehunt.com.
The prize will go to the first submission that is received and confirmed by the organizer as complete, accurate, and correct. The time recorded when the answer reaches the organizer’s inbox controls the order of submissions.
Since answers are submitted by email and we check emails frequently every day the timestamp of emails (received time and date) will clearly identifies which email was sent earlier. The FIRST correct answers wins.
The organizer’s decisions regarding eligibility, verification, timing, and the winning submission are final.
7. Prize Details and Winner Requirements
There will be one winner for each edition. The prize consists of:
-
One cut ruby gemstone;
-
An estimated combined retail value of approximately $100.
-
A certificate of achievement, identifying the player as the winner of the hunt.
The stated value is only an estimate. The actual value may change, particularly because precious-metal prices fluctuate.
The prize will be presented in person at the relevant town or city hall. Before receiving the prize, the winner must:
-
Confirm their identity;
-
Cooperate with reasonable prize verification; and
-
Permit photographs and public identification as the winner.
If a winner does not satisfy these conditions, the organizer may treat the prize as forfeited.
8. No Promise of Winning
Buying an entry only provides access to the specified game edition. It does not guarantee that a participant will solve the puzzles, find the correct location, submit a valid claim, or receive a prize.
Success depends on the participant’s ability to analyze the clues, draw conclusions, and complete the challenge correctly.
9. Ownership and Use of Game Materials
All portions of the game—including its clues, answers, written content, graphics, logos, branding, layouts, designs, and related materials—are owned by or belong to The N49TreasureHunt.com or its licensors.
Without written authorization, participants may not:
-
Copy or reproduce the materials;

If an edition ends before anyone claims the prize, the organizer will determine, in its discretion, whether any refund is appropriate.

A participant may lose their entry and become ineligible for the prize if the organizer determines that the participant:
-
Violated these terms;
